Shipping & Delivery

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. Orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days but may take up to 7. 

All orders are shipped via UPS or DHL unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships. 

Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. 

Slade Jewelry is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by UPS or DHL, Slade Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Parcel Direct International Priority - DDP. It generally takes 10-21 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the sorting facility. Please note that it may take longer than 10-21 business days depending on your customs agency. 

If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. 

Slade Jewelry is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by DHL, Slade Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package. Please note that limited tracking may be available with international shipments.

CUSTOMS: When receiving goods from a different country customs duty and import taxes may occur. 

Duties and taxes are paid on

Slade Jewelry's behalf with our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. If you are charged duties/taxes upon delivery, please reach out to us for reimbursement via Store Credit (Receipt of payment made will be required).

If you reject your package or if it is rejected by your local customs agency we will refund you for the cost of goods *excluding shipping* once we receive the goods back to our fulfillment center.
